While gearing up for the annual Performing Arts awards evening, I started to feel quite unwell. That unwellness turned to pain pretty quickly, and before you knew it, I was stuck in the hospital on the night of the show!
My appendix gave me a real rough time, but the show must go on and luckily I had everything prepped and working before I was shipped to the ER.
The theme for the evening was TV Shows, so we had transition music from various popular shows and a Stranger Things inspired opening title. It's the little bits here and there that elevate the show, and I'm told it went well! Big thank you to the rest of the staff and students for their support running the show without me this year.
