With support from Alpine Presbytery, we were able to share the story of the ongoing initiatives in Aranui - The Iona Project. I got to interview Kevin and Zenn, who are leading a whole bunch of wonderful activities in the region, including carving sessions and connecting with the local schools.
The highlight for me was to have the opportunity to shoot a small carving session, and have a chat with Rafael who runs the sessions and was carving on this day. It such a unique setting, with artwork and designs that I have never shot before, it was an honour to help share the story.
