To be honest, I don't remember much about this project. I actually remember more about the day before it. I was walking to the bus stop after school with Josh MacGregor, and while chatting about Athletics Day he said, "You should just like film the day and put it together into a sick video". I'm not sure why this memory sticks with me, but if I were to guess, it's because it was a moment where someone empowered me with an idea that I knew I could run with and really enjoy doing. This would be the first of many moments like this, and it's why I look back on this Athletics day video fondly. It gave me purpose on a day that I usually found quite boring, enabled me to practice skills that I wanted to get better at, and have a lot of fun.
