My third entry into the 48hours Film Festival and the first entry as team 'rip focus'. We're SUPER proud of this one, a minimal dialogue, eary and surreal presentation of the sci-fi genre. The pool was freezing, but our actors powered through and Reylene took out best actress in Christchurch for her efforts. We also got recognised for our cinematography, which was so cool given we chose to shoot on our phone, and got the best single shot moment in the comp. This entry really solidified for me that I want to do this comp forever.
